Over the years updates to the cottage have been made as funds have allowed and drawing on the expertise and skills of its volunteers and trustees. In order to develop a sustainable income stream from future lettings essential works and maintenance are now required to modernise and improve the facility (whilst maintaining its charm!)
For this reason, we are initially trying to raise £12,000, to be achieved by the 1st September 2019, but then hope to create a steady flow of donations and fundraising activities, together with increased income generated from lettings, so that we can break down the development of the cottage into manageable projects which we are looking to undertake over the next 3-5 years.
